The Piano Building is a very well known landmark in the centre of Kidderminster; during 2012 the building underwent a total refurbishment into a focal point of the local college and community. The project was led by Thomas Vale Ltd who engaged Damp~Tech (midlands) Ltd to complete the extensive structural restoration & strengthening repairs of the internal brick skin using a comprehensive programme of Helibars, all-thread tensioning rods and steel anchor plates designed by the Project Engineers and Architects. Damp~tech also completed extensive repairs & re-pointing of the internal brick face.
